Chief Operating OfficerThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Ballinger Memorial Hospital, a designated Critical Access Hospital (CAH). The COO provides strategic leadership, ensures compliance with CAH regulatory requirements, optimizes rural health delivery systems, and collaborates closely with the CEO/Administrator and other executive team members to maintain high-quality, accessible, and fiscally responsible healthcare services for the community. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is required. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in hospital operations, with at least 5 years in a rural or Critical Access Hospital setting and FACHE or similar professional certification is strongly preferred.
