More information: https://info.flclearinghouse.comSome of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residentsMedication requisitions with pharmacy and physiciansMedication administrationFollowing infection control, emergencies, and other center policiesCollaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomesIdentifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policyWorks under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgmentDelivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative careCollects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/residentAccording to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident responseIn accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situationsMaintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirementsMaintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etcMaintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel informationLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the StateCPR Certification requiredTwo Years prior nursing experience preferred
