You will support reporting and forecasting of core SaaS revenue drivers and serve as a key finance partner to Go‑To‑Market leaders. This position requires strong trend analysis, a solid understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, decision‑ready insights. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.What You’ll DeliverPartner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leaders to track bookings performance, highlight variances to plan, and drive forecast accountabilityBuild and maintain bottoms‑up ARR models, including new logo, expansion, contraction, and churn cohortsOwn revenue reporting and support rolling forecast cycles, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysisAnalyze pipeline, win rates, and booking trends to identify risks and opportunities ahead of closeDevelop AI‑driven reporting processes and dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into revenue performance What You’ll BringMust-Haves:0–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical roleStrong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiencyWorking knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts and key driversAbility to synthesize complex data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with strong organization, communication, and follow‑throughNice-to-haves:Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A toolsFamiliarity with AI tools or automation applied to financial reportingExposure to GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations environmentsWe know great candidates don’t always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
