In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.OverviewGrounds Crew must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.This role pays an hourly rate of $16.94Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.This position will remain open until June 5, 2026.ResponsibilitiesAssist in mowing, trimming, and weeding 80 acres of property.Maintain all mulch and flower beds.Perform basic maintenance to landscaping equipment.Mixing of paint and operation of painters.Painting of a regulation NCAA football field (including gridiron, numbers, hashes, logos).Setting and moving of string lines and stencils.Assisting in the deployment of rain covers when needed.Putting out pylons, sideline covers, goal post pads, and field goals nets.Replacing of divots before and after pregame warm-ups.Raising and lowering of field goal nets during game.Removal of pylons, sideline covers, goal post pads, and field goal nets.Fixing of any major divots.QualificationsAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.Ability to work in all types of weather.Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to work safely and complete tasks in a timely manner.Previous experience preferred, but not required.
