We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Coordinator to lead and enhance our early childhood education programs. This vital role involves
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations of early childhood programs, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of educational services
Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards and best practices
Support and mentor teaching staff to enhance instructional quality and classroom management skills
Collaborate with families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote engagement and address individual student needs
Maintain compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation requirements
Organize professional development opportunities for educators to stay current with early childhood education trends
Manage program budgets, resources, and administrative records to ensure effective program delivery
Experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Development or closely related field.
At least two years of lead teaching experience working with young children (ages 3-8).
Minimum of two years of experience leading, mentoring and supporting child-development services.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2 or more years of Early Childhood Education supervisory experience
Experience implementing High Scope, Pyramid Model or Conscious Discipline
Proven knowledge of Practice Based Coaching
Experience with Child Plus or Teaching Strategies Gold
