Registered Dietitian

The Registered Dietitian (RD) is responsible for delivering high-quality virtual nutrition counseling to clients while supporting organizational growth through content creation and client engagement initiatives. This role combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities and contributions to brand and educational content. This positions reports directly to the Director of Nutrition and Lead RD.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care Provide virtual 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions aligned with company standards andevidence-based practices Develop personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual client needs and goals Maintain appropriate documentation for all client interactions Demonstrate strong clinical and counseling skillsAdministrative & Operational Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up associated with client care Submit daily billing claims accurately and in a timely manner Support group presentations and wellness programming as needed Participate in onsite client events when requiredContent Creation & Engagement Develop evidence-based nutrition content for social media, client communications, andeducational materials Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement Translate nutrition science into accessible, client-friendly formats (e.g., posts, short videos,presentations) Stay current on nutrition trends and ensure content aligns with brand standards and clinicalaccuracyQualifications & Requirements Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential Current state licensure (if applicable) In-network status with major insurance carriers (e.g., Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, BCBS,UnitedHealthcare) 1-2 years RD experience required; at least 1 year of counseling experience preferred Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills, critical thinking, and self-management Proficiency with computer systems and virtual platforms Experience or interest in social media and digital content creation preferredCore Competencies Client-centered care and communication Accountability and attention to detail Initiative and adaptability Collaboration and teamwork Creativity in content development Professionalism and brand representation
