DescriptionAre you a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a fast-growing, multi-location environment? Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic organization that is expanding nationally and looking to add a strong accounting leader to its corporate team.This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you'll influence financial operations, support strategic growth initiatives, and help build scalable processes in a performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities+ Lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll oversight, cash management, and fixed assets+ Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses+ Partner with operations, FP& A, and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for restaurant performance+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements+ Support internal and external audits, as well as tax preparation processes+ Identify and implement process improvements and best practices within a growing multi-unit environment+ Mentor and develop junior accounting staff+ Support future M& A and/or IPO initiatives by preparing due diligence materials and providing transaction-related accounting supportRequirementsQualifications+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required+ CPA (or actively pursuing) strongly preferred+ 5-15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial capacity+ Consumer retail industries (multi-unit experience highly preferred)+ Advanced proficiency in large ERP like SAP or Oracle+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills+ Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities+ High integrity, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindsetRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
