Gas Station Attendant/Cashier - Over night

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail, contributing to a welcoming environment for all patrons. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs, ensuring a positive experience. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including the convenience store area. Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed attractively and replenished as needed. Assist in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Supervise other staff members during shifts, providing guidance and support as necessary. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management. Monitor fuel levels and assist with maintaining equipment as required. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus.
