We offer small caseloads and credentialing in skill-based treatment by FTF Consulting.QualificationsBCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelinesMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis or related fieldResponsibilitiesPrioritizing safety, televisibility, and rapport to create a place where the client is comfortable and prepared to learnBe the leader overseeing all child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, training, treatment recommendations, and consultations to maintain excellent clinical standardsYou will maximize client progress to help develop and maintain treatment plans through data collection graphing charts and make necessary changes to ensure best practices are being administeredABA advocate to ensure parent meetings/trainings are conducted, while also promoting servicesProtect clients' rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulationsDevelop and supervise training programs for staff development using evidence-based strategiesSupport the Behavior Technicians to ensure quality servicesDevelop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate behavior-analytic programs and supports
