The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, following established procedures, and operating in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working overtime when needed.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MATERIAL HANDLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:Move materials, parts, assemblies, and products throughout the warehouse and production areasSort and inspect materials to ensure quality standards are metUtilize hand carts and inspection equipment as neededMaintain accurate quality records and documentationFollow standard operating procedures and quality guidelinesPerform routine warehouse and production support tasksWork in a metrics-driven environment to meet productivity goalsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsAssist with additional duties as assigned MATERIAL HANDLER | REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, quality, or related experienceStable work history with at least one continuous year in a previous position preferredAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishBasic math skills requiredGeneral computer skillsStrong attention to detail and documentation practicesGood vision and ability to read measuring devices such as rulersAbility to work overtime when needed Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pullingRepetitive use of hands and wristsAbility to lift and move 50+ poundsAbility to work in varying temperature conditionsAbility to work in a moderate to loud warehouse environment Take the Next Step!
