From scheduling client meetings, to communicating with staff, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.ResponsibilitiesManage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externallyProvide office guests with a hospitable experiencePerform bookkeeping and data entry tasksAssist with preparation and assembly of documents for client deliveryAccurately manage client files and documentsSupervise the maintenance of office areas and facilitiesQualificationsQuickBooks bookkeeping experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Payroll processing and preparation of payroll tax filingsPrior experience working in tax preparation or public accounting is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in professional office settingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequirementsProfessional appearance with business casual attireHigh School diplomaAccept a background check
