Integrations Lead
Brief Overview Of PositionStrategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for an Integrations Lead role to support a DHS client where we are focused on delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven successful methods. The ideal candidate will provide excellent leadership and guidance to support the completion of the necessary objectives centered on DHS and USCIS Zero Trust requirements.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading the overall efforts to integrate and mature zero trust capabilitiesSupports engineering, architecture, and vendor/product agnostic decisionsGuide cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of program outcomesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of eight (8) years of experience with cybersecurity and information technology requirementsHighly Desirable: Have one (1) of the following active certifications: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Security, CCIE Wireless, CCIE Data Center, CCIE Routing & Switching, Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security), or other comparable certification or experience, which must be approved in advance by the Federal Program Manager on a case-by-case basisDesirableExperience verifying device identity and security posture for endpoints using Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and other management tools. Profound knowledge of authentication technologies like multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and attribute-based access control (ABAC). Extensive experience engineering, troubleshooting, and securing a wide range of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers from leading vendors. Experience with cloud-based network infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including securing hybrid cloud environments. Hands-on experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms, such as Splunk and Swimlane Turbine. The ability to conduct complex risk assessments, analyze network data, and design effective security solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively advise senior leaders and brief both technical and non-technical stakeholders on Zero Trust concepts. Strong understanding of relevant federal regulations, standards, and frameworks, such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST SP 800-53 Skills And CompetenciesExtensive hands-on experience designing and implementing Zero Trust frameworks in large-scale, including an in-depth understanding of NIST SP 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference ArchitectureProficiency in implementing technologies across two zero trust pillarsExperience with technologies and techniques for isolating workloads and data flows within a network to enforce more granular access policiesDeep knowledge of Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) to provide secure remote access for users and devices
