Control4 Programmer

What You'll Do:Install, configure, and commission residential & commercial automation systemsProgram and troubleshoot Control4 automation systemsPerform advanced audio/video installations and calibrationsConfigure and troubleshoot residential & commercial networksInstall and integrate surveillance, LED lighting, landscape lighting, motorized shade systems and other third-party productsDiagnose and resolve service issues independently in the fieldCommunicate professionally with homeowners and project stakeholdersMaintain project documentation and installation standardsMinimum Job Qualifications:1-3+ years experience in Control4 programming and system setup, Control4 certification preferredAt least 3 years experience installing, calibrating, whole house audio/video, home theaters, surround sound systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamClean driving record and ability to pass background screeningAbility to participate in rotating on-call service scheduleAbility to use hand and power toolsSome travel requiredOptional Job Qualifications:3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC)3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing
