Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and hard working Server to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST systems ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure repeat visits Display a keen sense of attention to detail and knowledge of products Assist with food handling, table maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Requirements 3-5 years of recent experience in a fine dining or elevated dining setting Lunch and weekend availability is required with some Sunday availability necessary Availability for nationally recognized holidays and some area specific events required Strong knowledge of TOAST is a plus, but understanding of other POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multi task and follow directions Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous wine knowledge and wine service knowledge Ability to work as a team Join us as a Server and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
