Content Licensing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:Generate sales and performance reports using various business intelligence systemsResearch contract terms by reviewing contracts, amendments, addendums, and the contract databaseWork with legal to draft amendmentsProvide general operational support to the Audible Books acquisition teamEnter and maintain records in the team’s Salesforce and other databasesProcess payee changes, content terminations, etc.Negotiate license renewals Role Requirements:B.A. or equivalent degree preferredStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsMinimum 5 years experience in publishing rights licensingFluency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, Airtable, and similar toolsExperience working with databases and high volumes of informationExcellent business judgment, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner
