Director of NursingLocation: Falls Church, VA (On-Site)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $130,000 – $145,000About the RoleAn established and growing concierge home care organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and regulatory oversight across multiple markets.This role is ideal for an operational nursing leader who is comfortable supporting several locations, partnering closely with operations teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.The Director of Nursing will play a key role in supporting field teams, maintaining regulatory readiness, and driving quality improvement initiatives across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical LeadershipProvide clinical oversight across multiple home care locationsSupport and supervise RNs, care managers, and caregiversConduct nursing assessments, reassessments, and care plan reviewsEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality patient careRegulatory ComplianceMaintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsDevelop and implement compliance and quality assurance programsConduct internal audits and support regulatory survey readinessIdentify compliance risks and implement corrective action plansOperational PartnershipCollaborate closely with operations leadership to support field teamsAssist in developing policies and procedures that strengthen clinical operationsSupport staffing, training, and professional development initiativesTravel to various sites as needed to support teams and maintain clinical standardsQuality & PerformanceLead quality improvement initiatives across the organizationMonitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction metricsImplement best practices to improve service delivery and operational performanceQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredActive RN licenses in Maryland and Washington, DC requiredAbility to practice in Virginia through compact licensure or eligibilityPrior clinical leadership or supervisory experience requiredDirector of Nursing experience preferredHome care or home health experience preferredCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $130,000 – $145,000Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsPaid time off and holidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a confident and collaborative clinical leader who thrives in a multi-site environment.
