Independent Visa Candidates OnlyRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to support complex sales processes.Configure and maintain Products, Bundles, Price Books, Product Rules, Price Rules, Discounts, and Approval Processes.Develop custom Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to extend CPQ functionality.Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, Billing, Order Management, and external systems.Configure Contracting, Amendments, Renewals, and Subscription Management.Create and maintain Quote Templates and Document Generation solutions.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.Act as a primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and offshore development teams, ensuring clear requirements, timely delivery, and effective communication.Provide regular status updates, technical documentation, design artifacts, and project progress reports to stakeholders and management.Support critical business operations and ensure platform stability across multiple regions and time zones.Continuously identify opportunities for platform improvements, automation, and process optimization.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in:Apex ProgrammingLightning Web Components (LWC)Aura ComponentsSOQL/SOSLSalesforce Flows & Process AutomationVisualforceSalesforce APIs & IntegrationsExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization.Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals).Hands-on experience with Copado, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets.Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP services.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).Salesforce Administrator Certification.Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.Experience in large enterprise Salesforce implementations.Exposure to DevOps practices and release management frameworks.
