Join Our Team as a Full-Time OB/GYN Physician in Brattleboro, VT! Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Staff MD OB/GYN to become part of a dedicated team within our Four Seasons OB/GYN practice. Located in the picturesque town of Brattleboro, Vermont, we pride ourselves on offering full-spectrum women s health care in a collaborative, physician-respected environment. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse range of patients.Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and in-house midwives.Perform a variety of office-based gynecologic procedures.Maintain surgical volume with access to three new operating rooms.Engage in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries.Work 3 4 clinic days weekly, seeing about patients per day.Utilize an average of three OR days monthly.Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries.Participate in manageable on-call duties shared among physicians (1 in 4 rotation).Support a birth center offering a variety of birthing options and services.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.Practice evidence-based OB/GYN care in a supportive environment.Engage in a stable practice with very low turnover among staff and physicians. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency in the U.S. or Canada.Clean malpractice history.Active Vermont medical license prior to start date.Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).
