General Manager 3 Food - Schools

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food services for Southwest Community Schools in Sullivan, Indiana. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about K‑12 dining and motivated by making a meaningful daily impact on students, staff, and the broader school community. As the GM, you will oversee all aspects of the food service program while shaping a positive and engaging dining experience across the district. You’ll lead and develop on‑site teams, strengthen client and school partnerships, and ensure programs consistently deliver quality, efficiency, and innovation.
