What To ExpectAs a Delivery Supervisor, your mission is to educate, inspire, and skillfully guide potential Tesla customers through the digital landscape of vehicle exploration, configuration, and sales. In this role, your focus will be to craft a memorable customer experience by leading a team dedicated to mastering product knowledge, financing alternatives, trade-in processes, and seamless delivery.What You'll DoLead Delivery Vehicle Preparation Team consisting of Vehicle Specialists and DocumentationAssist in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of vehicle prep operational tasks and projects including but not limited to: vehicle movement coordination in vehicle lots and delivery bays, delivery schedule monitoring, vehicle repairs, detailer performance, lot organization and maintenance, and coordinator supportMeet and exceed KPI and partner to achieve sales and delivery targets along with P&L requirements for respective locationProactively mediate and resolve any customer concerns regarding vehicle preparation and qualityRecruit, train, and develop management team and employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely mannerProvide regular feedback to all employees and ensure employee adherence to Tesla policies, dress code, and grooming guidelinesEnsure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standard and control store expenses, continually striving to reduce costsWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree or 2+ years equivalent experience, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a service-focused industry; automotive expertise is not requiredProven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilitiesExcellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills, and an ethical execution of Tesla standardsAbility to develop collaborative relationships as a well-respected, trusted partnerAbility to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environmentValid driver’s license requiredFor roles working in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
