This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional environment while keeping the schedule full and organized.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and manage check-in/check-out processesAnswer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiriesSchedule and confirm patient appointments to maintain a productive scheduleVerify patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointmentsAssist with basic insurance tasks, including claims follow-up as neededMaintain accurate patient records and documentationSupport membership plans or payment programs as applicableCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient daily operationsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of dental front office experience preferredExperience with dental insurance verification is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsFriendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanorAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentCompensation$18–$20 per hour, based on experienceWhat We’re Looking ForA dependable and detail-oriented team memberSomeone who thrives in a patient-facing roleStrong work ethic and positive attitudeComfortable working within a DSO-supported environment
