Sr. Program Manager

Job TitleActive TS//SCI with CI polyYou have, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience.You have a minimum of ten (10) years of delivery leadership of complex federal programsYou have at least two (2) years specialized experience in leading IT DevSecOps projects managing large Agile teams.You have experience supporting the Intelligence CommunityYou have experience delivering a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and DevSecOps; and operations and maintenance for mission applications (on-premises and cloud environments)You have established and provided clear communication to executive leadership to include reporting, forecasting, strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectation managementYou have experience monitoring and managing the financials and staffing of large IT programsYou have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team buildingYou have strong written and oral communication skillsYou have demonstrated ability to determine and implement improvements for program to achieve quality, and customer excellence.You are SAFe certified and/or Scrum CertifiedYou are PMP certifiedYou have a master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
