SALES ASSISTANT

SALES ASSISTANT Mint Showroom is a multi-line showroom specializing in high-contemporary collections with a specialty in resort wear. Founded in 2018 and located in New York City, Mint focuses on brand growth through a multifaceted approach. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join our team as a Sales Assistant. The Sales assistant will be responsible for working with our in house brand Ser.O.Ya & Retrofete. Retrofete was launched in 2018 & Ser.O.Ya launched in January 2021 and was founded by Ohad Seroya and Aviad Klin. We are currently seeking someone with men’s streetwear experience. Previous fashion, showroom, or retail experience is required. Responsibilities: Assist Account Executives and Sale Managers with day to day activities Analyzing sales figures and sell-through reports Maintain strong relationships with accounts Communicating with clients regularly Research new accounts Assist with any special projects or tasks as needed Research current fashion climate and market Requirements: Must have 1-3 years of Wholesale experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to craft a clear and compelling message Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Must have experience working at a multi-line showroom or in-house brand Ability to develop strategies to maintain, increase the business and open new accounts, cold call Relationships in the industry with major and specialty accounts Ability to excel in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically excel Excellent people skills (outgoing, energetic, and personable personality Preferred) Willing to travel, internationally or domestically, and work some weekends during market
