Responsibilities include assisting with tree-trimming, pruning, and removal tasks, operating and maintaining equipment, cleaning and clearing job sites, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The Groundsman will also assist with rope handling, debris disposal, and other manual tasks required for tree care operations. Collaboration with the team to ensure project success is essential.QualificationsExperience with tree care tasks such as trimming, pruning, and safe removal techniques is PREFERRED, not REQUIREDKnowledge of safely operating and maintaining equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and other tree service tools is PREFERRED, not REQUIREDStrong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various outdoor conditionsCommitment to safety protocols and adherence to worksite guidelinesTeam collaboration and effective communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and maintain a clean and organized work environmentExperience with rope and rigging techniques is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications in tree care or safety are a plus
