Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Madison, AL, for a Rolloff/Front Load Driver. The role involves operating trucks to transport and properly dispose of waste materials, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, following best practices for vehicle operation, communicating with customers regarding service needs, and adhering to all safety regulations and company standards while completing assigned routes. Qualifications Experience in truck driving and operating specialized waste trucks, with a focus on safety and efficiencyPossession of a valid CDL Class A license; previous Rolloff or front-load driving experience is preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersCommitment to providing excellent customer service during pickups and deliveriesAbility to conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenanceFlexibility to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with waste management practices is a plus
