Job Description Binaco is a supplier of promotional products in Brea, CA. We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaints.Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales.Build long-lasting strong customer relationshipsGenerate package labels using Worldship(UPS) and Shipmanager(FedEx)​Qualifications:1-2 years of promotional products experience strongly preferredEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentAble to provide in-depth knowledge of products and services and resolving problemsProficient in Word, ExcelEntry level/Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopPhotography skills a plusPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of shipping software both UPS and FedExCompany DescriptionLeading promotional products supplier helping companies market their products or services through the use of logoed items.Company DescriptionLeading promotional products supplier helping companies market their products or services through the use of logoed items.
