The Strategy and Operations Analyst will play an important role in helping our executive leadership team make informed decisions, improve collections effectiveness, and identify opportunities to make the business stronger. This is an ideal opportunity for a smart, technically skilled, and driven analyst who enjoys solving business problems with data.What You’ll DoThis is a highly visible role that partners closely with executive leadership and servicing management to improve performance across the servicing and collections organization.You will:Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to streamline servicing and collections workflowsAnalyze current servicing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvementSegment customers based on risk, payment behavior, and account characteristics to support targeted servicing strategiesAnalyze loan portfolio performance, including delinquency trends, roll rates, payment behavior, and charge-offsDevelop recommendations to improve collections effectiveness, operational efficiency, and portfolio performanceBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical models to monitor servicing performanceWrite ad hoc SQL queries and perform data analysis to support requests from executive leadershipEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across servicing systems and reporting environmentsAssist in the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests for new servicing strategies and treatment approachesPartner with servicing leadership to gather business requirements and lead analytical or process improvement projectsPrepare presentations and communicate findings, recommendations, and campaign results to managementTranslate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholdersData, Analytics & Technical FocusIn this role, you will work with large operational datasets and help transform information into action.
