Director of People & Talent
This role serves as the primary strategic HR partner to General Managers and senior leadership, owning all aspects of people operations including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. You'll play a key role in shaping culture, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving both short-term performance and long-term organizational success.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related decisionsOwn full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning strategyLead performance management processes and employee relations matters (including investigations)Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership readinessOversee leave administration (FMLA, ADA, LOA) and support benefits strategyManage HR systems, ensure compliance, and identify process improvementsUse data and insights to guide decisions around retention, performance, and engagementReinforce company culture, values, and leadership accountability across teams
