In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior spaces that align with client visions and project specifications. Your expertise will help transform environments through creative design solutions, technical proficiency, and meticulous project management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in interior design principles, technical drafting skills, and a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that meet client needs and project goalsCreate detailed drawings and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds MaxCollaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized effectivelyManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of designsSource and specify fixtures, lighting, and materials that align with design conceptsConduct site visits to oversee renovation, remodeling, or construction phases ensuring adherence to plansCoordinate with lighting and flooring team for design integrationDraft quotes and scope of work documentsAssist in procurement processes while maintaining cost-effective solutionsStay informed on current trends in interior design, color theory, and sustainable practicesQualifications:Proven experience within the interior design industryProficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, and BluebeamUnderstanding of renovation and remodeling procedures from concept through construction completionStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills for clients and team collaborationJoin our team to bring innovative interiors to life through detailed planning, creative visioning, and expert execution.
