The UX Designer will focus on designing user-centered interfaces and experiences for digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include researching user behavior, creating wireframes, prototyping, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong understanding of user needs, design principles, and emerging trends to enhance digital product experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologiesExperience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar softwareStrong analytical and research skills to conduct user testing and gather insights to inform design decisionsExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholdersStrong knowledge of usability standards, accessibility principles (e.g., WCAG), and responsive design best practicesAn understanding of digital trends and adaptive user behaviorsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceExperience in the financial services industry is a plus
