Senior Auditor

We are partnering with a well-respected and established company here in the Twin Cities on a Senior Audit role. This position is open due to someone rotating out into the finance team. There will be no financial statement audit work. This person will be partnering with operations on how they can improve their business. Please apply to this job posting or reach out to Andrew Alvarado directly for a quick and confidential conversation!Andrew.Alvarado@ambrion.com952-278-1809Responsibilities:Contribute to improving internal audit processes and department initiativesStay informed on current business, regulatory, and industry developmentsAnalyze data to identify key trends and potential risksIncorporate feedback to strengthen future audit performance and resultsMentor and support junior team members through training and guidanceCommunicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levelsLead and manage audit projects from planning to reportingIdentify and evaluate business risks and process inefficienciesRecommend practical improvements to strengthen internal controlsApply advanced audit methodologies across diverse operational environmentsPartner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on findings and next stepsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field4+ years of public auditing experience (or 2+ years with a Master's degree)Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)Compensation and Benefits:Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical InsuranceActual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.This role is based in the Twin Cities.
