This positionwill serve as a supporting resource for Technology Project Managers in managing and maintainingproject documentation, scheduling meetings, and serving in an overall coordination capacity tosuccessfully complete bond funded projects. The TPC will support the Technology Project Managementteam by responding to technology project requirements and provide the necessary support tosuccessfully deliver projects on time and on budget. The TPC will manage and coordinate theimplementation of complex Information Technology (IT) projects, identify and coordinate with theproject team to resolve technical issues, develop project presentations, including but not limitedto the following project types:Networking and Communications InfrastructureWireless and Cellular DeploymentsPhysical Security Systems (IP Cameras, Access Control)VoIP and IP-Based CommunicationsEnterprise Device DeploymentsServer and Endpoint InfrastructureAsset Management and Technical Inventory Tracking Tasks included but not limited to:Project Documentation:Project Initiation FormsProject SchedulesRisk Identification and MitigationMeeting Coordination:Schedule and coordinate meetingsCreate agendas and take meeting notesCoordinate with stakeholders to finalize meeting minutesProject Execution:Coordinate with stakeholders to complete project tasksProvide timely status reportsOrganize project folders and documentationCreate reports and presentations as neededPosition Description:• Successfully support in the coordination of 5 to 10 projects simultaneously, ranging in valueand complexity.Document and report all project data accurately and in a timely manner.Successfully support in the delivery of IT projects on schedule and within budget.Report and collaborate with Program Management Office on all IT project matters.Review and develop IT related contract documents and ensure deliverables are complete andaccurate.Develop detailed technical scopes of work to support IT projects.Review and coordinate the approval of IT project submittals.Coordinate budget and schedules, as well as coordinate with the Asset Management team.Track all project status and provide management reports relative to overall program, relativeto construction project delivery schedules.• Assist with change order review and evaluation with Construction Project Manager and CostEstimators.Plan, organize, coordinate, and report performance of IT projects to include cost and schedule.Update risks logs and identify risk mitigation plans.Minimum Required Qualifications:• 3 years of experience in coordination and management of multiple IT projects; experience within a capital improvement programs andfamiliarity with relevant codes and standardsExperience integrating technology within construction and engineering projects.Experience coordinating on multiple IT projects with differing complexities and size.Experience researching validating components for complex technology projects.Involvement of all parts of the project life cycle, to include planning, design and closeout inregard to IT.• Experience supporting a variety of technologies including but not limited to Network, Server,VoIP, CCTV, AV, Storage, Wireless.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in technology or project management related fieldsFamiliarity with bidding and contracting process, and with programs that utilize publicfunds• Experience facilitating and coordinating end user training sessionsPlease note, if you move forward in the submission process, you will be asked to provide the following below.Most updated resumeCertifications or Licenses obtained3-4 Professional ReferencesProject List with values, dates, and company of any projects workedO2EPCM, Inc. is a prominent award-winning experienced firm providing Professional, Technical, Consulting and Management Services in the Planning, Design, Engineering and Construction Industry to Local, State, Federal Government Agencies, Utility Companies and Private Clients.
