About the Opportunity:The Remote Front Desk Assistant serves as the primary point of contact, managing communications and administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. This role directly impacts client experience by offering timely, professional support and maintaining organized scheduling and correspondence in a remote setting.3. Responsibilities:• Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence as the first point of contact.• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events with accurate calendar management.• Provide clients with accurate information and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and report preparation.• Deliver customer service by addressing client needs with a positive and professional attitude.• Organize virtual meetings, handling technical and logistical details.• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.4. Requirements:• Experience in front desk, administrative assistant, or similar customer-facing roles.• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.• Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently remotely.• Dedicated quiet home office space with reliable high-speed internet.• (Desirable) Experience in fully remote roles.• (Desirable) Familiarity with virtual communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.• (Desirable) Experience with CRM systems or online scheduling software.5.
