Technology Operations Intern – Web and IT Location and Work Type: Remote InternshipJob Summary Afghan Language Services (ALS) is seeking a motivated and skilled Technology Operations Intern – Web and IT to join our remote team. This 3-month, unpaid internship requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and is an excellent opportunity for aspiring web and IT professionals to gain hands‐on experience in a mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will assist in managing, designing, and optimizing our website, while also providing crucial technological support. Strong candidates will have a solid understanding of WordPress, exceptional content writing skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to further our mission.Upon successful completion of the internship, outstanding performers will be evaluated for promotion to a paid Associate position.We Prioritize Applicants WithPreferred QualificationsProven experience in content writing, with a portfolio of work (academic or professional).Familiarity with AI tools relevant to website management, content generation, or technical support.Proficiency in additional languages, such as Dari, Pashto, or Uzbeki, is a significant plus.Previous experience in website design, administration, or technology support through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships.Company information Afghan Language Services, LLC is the first Afghan-led international language consulting company headquartered in the United States.
