Job DescriptionEverforth ECS is seeking a Angular/Java Engineer to work in our Quantico, VA office.ECS Federal is seeking a skilled Angular/Java Developer to support development efforts within the AWS GovCloud environment. This position will involve building secure, mission-critical web applications for government clients in a FedRAMP High/DoD SRG IL4/IL5 accredited cloud environment. This role will require a Public Trust Clearance on the date of hire.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Angular-based web applications in AWS GovCloudCollaborate with business analysts to translate mission needs into technical solutionsWork alongside DevSecOps/Platform Engineers to ensure secure deployment practicesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planningEnsure applications meet accessibility (Section 508) and security compliance standardsDocument code and contribute to technical documentationRequired Skills3+ years of experience developing web applications using Angular (Angular 12+)Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Proficient in developing RESTful API’s using Java/Springboot Familiar with developing data structures in relational databases (Oracle) Experience building responsive, accessible user interfacesFamiliarity with RESTful API integration and state management (NgRx, RxJS)Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practicesExperience with version control systems (Git)Familiarity with SonarQube and IntelliJExperience with Jira/other ticketing/tracking systemsRequired CertificationsPublic TrustCompTIA Security+Desired SkillsExperience working in AWS environments, preferably AWS GovCloudFamiliarity with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridgeUnderstanding of cloud-native development patternsAWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner)Angular certifications or training credentialsAgile/Scrum certificationsExperience with Amazon SageMaker or other ML services integrationFamiliarity with AWS CodeCommit and CodeBuild for CI/CD workflowsHuman-centered design experience ensuring usability and workflow alignmentPrior experience supporting DoD or federal civilian agencies#EverforthECS1ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
