Brooklyn Bedding designs and creates its entire line of high-quality bedding, on demand, in its manufacturing facility. Production has expanded to a new manufacturing facility in Glendale, Arizona, designed to triple production capacity. In preparation for the growth that will accompany our new factory Brooklyn Bedding has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift driver Responsibilities: · 4 years minimum Forklift Driving Experience Loading and unloading: Moving materials onto and off trailers Storing: Stacking loads in storage bays, following inventory control instructions Transporting: Moving goods to and from production lines, storage areas, and loading docks Checking: Ensuring loads are secure, checking for product damage or shortages, and inspecting machinery for repairs Documenting: Keeping records, completing forms, and analyzing production schedules Ensuring safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations, keeping driving areas free of obstructions, and ensuring loads are centered and stacked properly Qualifications: · Must be able to work in a team environment. · Forklift Certification · Must be able to work well under pressure. · Grade 12 education. · Bilingual is a plus. · General computer skills Experience: · Strong time management skills · Collaborative team player Compensation and Benefits: · Competitive salary commensurate with experience · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance · 401(k) program with matching · On site employee cafeteria · On site employee fitness center Our culture is defined by our values: Be excellent to each other Positivity is a choice Perfectionism doesn’t scale Own it Bring your whole self We are committed to inclusion, equitable support, and respect for all team members.
