If you're excited about live events, cutting-edge technology, and doing work that truly matters, you'll feel right at home here.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web-based application on AWS, using Node.js, PHP, and JavaREST API development on our External and Internal APIsRespond to requests and questions about how our application works, including verification and debugging for features and functionality.Work through the entire web application development life cycle right from requirements to delivery and post launch supportTackle a wide variety of coding problems throughout the stack, including learning new languages and design patternsKeep abreast of new trends and best practices in web developmentNeed to work in office; be available during regular hours as well as off-hours availability depending on project needsDesired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree Required, MS in Computer Science Engineering, MIS or relevant field is preferred3+ years of frontend and backend application development experienceIn depth knowledge of Node.jsAdvanced experience with MySQL or similar relational databasesHands-on experience with SQL schema design, and Design Patterns desirableHands-on experience using Git, Github, or other similar source code version control systemsExperience with AWS, GCP, or AzureExperience using GenAI tools such as Cursor, Copilot for coding and writing test code.An understanding of JavaScript fundamentals including DOM manipulationPreferred knowledge of the following:AngularElasticsearch/OpenSearchSingle-page Application patterns and techniquesExperience with one of the following is a plus, but not required:Object-oriented PHP with Symfony or similar PHP FrameworksSalesforce(.com) Development, JavaCreative and efficient problem solverExcellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiencesTicketManager Highlights:Location: Calabasas, CACompensation: $80,000 - $115,000 base salary + Variable CompensationReports to: CTOWork Expectations: Role is In-Office, Monday-FridayRetirement: 401(k) Company MatchHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & ChiropracticTime Off: Unlimited PTOInterview Process: Multistage interview process with senior leaders across TicketManager to ensure strong alignment on role scope and expectations.Events: Quarterly live event credits (we practice what we preach!), monthly happy hours, and volunteeringPerks: Fun, collaborative, in-office culture at our HQ with catered lunches and big company perks with the autonomy of a high-growth startup.Recognition: Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company by Inc.
