Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Washington, IN. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, conducting sales presentations, preparing sales proposals, and closing contracts. The role also requires regular communication with potential and existing clients, providing product or service information, and addressing inquiries to achieve sales goals. The Salesperson will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. Qualifications Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and sales processesStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective networking, presentations, and negotiationsProven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and closing salesProficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related digital toolsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamKnowledge of the construction industry or related fields is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
