Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces in an industrial setting.This is a skilled position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various materials and tools.ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessaryApply paint and coatings using various methods such as brushing, rolling, or airless sprayingEnsure proper coverage and finish qualityFollow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipmentMaintain painting equipment and toolsCollaborate with other team members to complete projects on timeExperienceProven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar roleKnowledge of different painting techniques and materialsExperience with airless paint spraying equipmentFamiliarity with power tools used in surface preparationAbility to operate a forklift for materials handling purposesExperience working in a warehouse or construction environment is a plusRequirementsAbility to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyMust follow all corporate and OSHA required safety guidelines.Pre-employment drug screening as well as random drug testing for all employees.We participate with E-verify.
