The FSR shall diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine preventive maintenance and logistical management activities on all EWS and Legacy CREW systems and components. In addition, the FSR will assist with onsite Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) installation and training Marines assigned to Marine Expeditionary Units (MEUs), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) units, and other Marine Corp units / activities. This is a full-time position based in Charleston, SC.Key Responsibilities:Offer technical support to EW/RF systems end usersSupport repairs and maintenance on current and future EW systemsInspect, issue, recover, repair and account for individual components of the EWS system in accordance with client references. Assist with the repair, maintenance, and installation of all Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) system variantsWith the aid of technical manuals, install electronic equipment onto various vehicle platforms as requiredUtilize inventory management system tracking all logistics and work order activitiesTrain Marine units /users on maintenance and operation of systemsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of maintenance/repair experience with advanced military electronic systems. Sound understanding of electronics and basic EW principlesMaintenance experience specific to the EW/RF family of systems with basic field maintenance experienceProficiency in system diagnostic analysis to determine and replace defective system componentsStrong communication skills (verbal and written) for operational feedback and reportingExperience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and AdobeExperience utilizing CMPro and/or GCSS Marine Corps ERP databases (preferred but not required)RequirementsBachelor's degree + 3-5 years minimum experience - OR - prior military with relevant experienceMust possess or be able to obtain active SECRET clearanceMust possess or be able to obtain a US PassportMust pass pre-employment drug screeningMinimum of 20% travel annuallyMust work onsite, no teleworkingBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, holidays, PTO and 401(k) plan with company match.FirstDiv is an equal opportunity employer.
