Practice Manager
The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the operational leadership of the firm, collaborating closely with the ownership group to enhance financial operations and improve overall business efficiency. This position encompasses overseeing internal accounting, HR administration, and technology initiatives while ensuring a high level of client service. The Practice Manager is also responsible for staff development and streamlining firm operations. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
