The position is a mix of field work and office coordination, with approximately 60% in the field and 40% in the office.The right candidate will have strong experience with access control hardware, relays, and video/security systems and be comfortable acting as the technical lead on active job sites.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesVisit active project sites to oversee installations and field executionCoordinate technicians, subcontractors, and project schedulesTroubleshoot installation and hardware-related issues in the fieldSupport installation and service of:Access control systemsRelays and low-voltage hardwareVideo/security systemsCommunicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects movingReview field conditions and assist with project planning and executionTrain and support technicians on hardware and system functionalityAssist with project documentation, scheduling, and office coordination as neededQualificationsQualificationsExperience in electronic security, low-voltage, or systems integration environmentsStrong understanding of:Access control hardwareRelaysVideo/security systemsAbility to troubleshoot and solve field-related technical issuesOrganized and capable of managing multiple active projectsProfessional communication and customer-facing skillsNetworking knowledge is a plus, but this is not a heavy networking roleAbility to travel throughout the Southern California territoryAdditional InformationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryBenefits packageLong-term growth opportunity
