You provide the expertise and the high-end customer service our valley clients expect.What You’ll DoField Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix performance or warranty issues for high-end windows and doors at residential and new construction sites.Customer Interaction: Act as the technical expert on-site, answering homeowner and builder questions with professionalism.Vehicle & Inventory Management: Keep your provided service truck stocked and organized to ensure high \"first-visit\" fix rates.Documentation: Use a company-provided iPad/tablet to document repairs and update the internal team in real-time.What You Bring to the TableDirect Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience installing or servicing windows and doors.
