Endocrinologist Location: Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, New York Job Type: Full-Time Bilingual: Chinese is required Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Job Summary & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Endocrinologist fluent in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English to join a growing multidisciplinary medical team. The provider will deliver comprehensive care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders while providing culturally sensitive, patient-centered care to a diverse community across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat endocrine and metabolic disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and osteoporosis Provide outpatient and/or inpatient endocrinology consultations when needed Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based medical practices Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives Stay current with advancements in endocrinology through continuing medical education Required Qualifications: MD or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English, both spoken and written Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Commitment to patient-centered and ethical medical care Benefits Base Salary: $400,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonus structure Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Occurrence-based malpractice coverage Paid Time Off and CME allowance Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship (if applicable) Flexible scheduling options
