Registered Nurse - Home Health Care - 40 Hours - Days$10,000 Sign-on/Retention BonusShift: DaysGENERAL SUMMARYUnder general supervision of the nursing supervisor, utilizes the knowledge and application of nursing principles to independently provide direct patient care in the home. Assesses need for other allied health care services such as home health aide services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, speech-language pathology, and social work, to ensure an integrated home health care delivery system. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
