Evolve Health is looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills and empathy for patients with chronic conditions. The RN is expected to administer patient care under the supervision of a nurse practitioner or physician. The role includes IV placement and management, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, vital signs, and patient coordination in a peaceful clinic setting. The RN is also expected to turn over patient rooms, help with laundry and trash, assist technicians and providers, and do general light cleaning. Applicant should have extremely strong people skills, a team spirit, and be willing to pitch in and help with projects when needed. Electronic Medical Record charting and familiarity with PC and Microsoft programs required. Applicant should be a very good communicator, have a flexible and helpful attitude, and be invested in the mission of the business. Top candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking and be attune to the delicate nature of caring for those in the mental health field.
ABOUT US- Evolve Health is a new kind of wellness clinic. We provide intranasal Spravato(TM) for treatment-resistant depression. We also provide ketamine infusions for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. In addition to these medications, we will be administering transcranial magnetic therapy (TMS) which is an innovative and non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to improve depression.

Responsibilities
Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
Work collaboratively in a team environment by professionally assisting providers, staff, visitors, and patients.
Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
Ensure proper preparation for patient visits. Prepare pertinent information needed for patient visits.
Assist in rooming patients and turning over rooms
Maintain a clean, organized environment
Collect, review, and enter patient information with accurate and timely documentation
Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· University/college degree
· Oregon State RN license, new graduates will be considered
· Previous experience with Microsoft Office software and EMR preferred
Schedule:
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, as needed for IV ketamine patients, approx. 4 hours
Occasional coverage for staff PTO/illness
Clinic is open Monday – Thursday; 9am to 8pm. With the plan to open Fridays soon.
This position is per diem.
Pay: $45.00 per hour
