Software Analyst - Associate / Optimization

Software Analyst – Associate Responsibilities Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with the application development team Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features Understands and have working knowledge of Agile process Validate alignment of data and integration requirements Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements Lead execution of test cases in client environment Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field Understand JAVA and Python, React and SQL understanding preferred Understanding of full SDLC and excellent problem-solving skills Availability to work on site from Tuesday to Thursday (Magdalena, Lima) Advanced English skills Benefits Competitive salary Performance-based bonus Clear career growth opportunities 100% private health insurance coverage Hybrid work model Unlimited snacks and beverages available in the office EO Statement PCI is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
