You're eligible, patient, and passionate about making a difference –whether it's helping someone learn a new skill, participate in a community activity, or feel safe and supported at home.The Role:As a Special Needs Caregiver, you'll provide non-medical in-home care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll follow personalized care plans and partner with families and our team to provide compassionate, consistent, and meaningful support.Key Responsibilities:Assistance with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feedingRespite support for family caregiversCompanionship and supervisionSupport with socialization and community outingsLight housekeeping and meal preparationAssistance with routines: hygiene, homework, coping toolsFollowing behavioral strategies and care plans developed by families or facilitatorsMaintaining accurate documentation (shift notes and progress updates)Bonuses & Recognition$300 Refer-a-Caregiver BonusKnow someone great?
