This is a remote role with approximately 5–20% travel requirements. This position involves supporting large-scale operations through data analysis, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization, contributing to mission-critical initiatives.Role OverviewThe Data Analyst/Scientist will provide distributed analytical support across operations, working with both remote and on-site teams. The role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, supporting decision-making and operational readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysisApply statistical methods and machine learning techniquesBuild dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BIDeliver insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional and on-site teamsStay current with emerging data technologies and methodologiesRequirementsStrong understanding of statistics, data methodologies, and business operationsProficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ExcelExperience with data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learningHands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar toolsKnowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, and time series analysisStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentEducationBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in a related field (preferred not required)Certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, or SASAdditional RequirementsU.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain required security clearanceWillingness to travel as needed
