Physical Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations, then design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans aimed at maximizing independence and quality of life. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, patient and family education, and detailed documentation in our EMR system.
